Tending: The Care and Keeping of a Human Being
Understanding your needs is essential. Reframing your story is transformative.
But flourishing happens through practice.
Tending is the steady, daily act of meeting your needs, body and being. It is the grown-up version of the devoted, responsible care we give to our children. It’s not indulgence, a bootcamp, or a glow-up. It’s a return to the basics of being human, grounded in neuroscience, biology, and what we already know about how living things thrive.
This course gives you a practical framework for understanding and tending your needs across ten areas: nourish, rest, exercise, maintain, and eliminate — for both your body and your being.
Live study sessions begin in October and continue weekly. The first 20–30 minutes are live teaching with Rachel, followed by 20–30 minutes of Q+A and open discussion.
This course builds directly on Your Big Story. If you haven't completed Course 2 and its Integration Check, start there first.
